Mr. Rod Bryden is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Plasco Energy Group Inc. Plasco applies plasma arc technology to refine synthetic gas to produce natural gas equivalent fuel from various feed stocks, including Municipal Solid Waste.
Mr. Bryden is the majority owner and Chairman of SC Stormont Inc., which specializes in the leadership and development of small to mid-sized Canadian businesses. Mr. Bryden is also a Director and Chairman Clearford Water Systems Inc. a TSXV listed company.
Mr. Bryden began his career as Professor of Law at the University of Saskatchewan. Moving to Ottawa, he held positions with the Government of Canada before he co-founded and became President of Systemhouse Ltd in 1974.
He founded Paperboard Industries Corporation (PIC) in 1976 which by 1990 became Canada’s largest manufacturer of paper from recycled fibre and paperbox packaging.
In 1992, he became the principal owner of the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club, and The Palladium Corporation which, in 1996, opened the Corel Center, home of the Ottawa Senators. He sold the team and building in 2004.
Mr. Bryden founded SC Stormont Inc in 2004 and co-founded Plasco in 2005.

Mr. Daniel E. Kenney, Dan has been Corporate Secretary at Rio Alto Mining Limited since May 2007. Mr. Kenney has been a Partner in the Calgary office of Davis LLP since September 2004. Dr. Andrew J. Szonyi Ph.D., MBA serves as Executive Vice President and Partner in First Nations Equity Inc., an Aboriginal investment banking firm. Dr. Szonyi is President of Andrew J. Szonyi & Associates Inc. He is a former Professor at the University of Toronto in the Faculties of Management Studies and Applied Science and Engineering. Dr. Szonyi has extensive experience as a financial and management Consultant. He is a corporate Director of several public and private … corporations. He has over 40 years of broadly-based executive experience in business and education, including academic positions as Professor of Management and of Engineering at the University of Toronto. Glenn Gold is the founder and President of Lytton Financial Inc., a Toronto-based boutique investment banking firm active in raising capital, providing merger & acquisition advisory services and acting as placement agent for investment funds. Glenn is the former Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Head of Corporate Finance and Advisory (investment banking) at HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc. and Director and Co-Head of Investment Banking at Richardson Greenshields of Canada Limited. At these firms, Glenn served on their respective boards of directors, executive committees and liability/underwriting approvals committees. He has also served on the Board of Directors of HSBC Capital Canada Inc., a merchant bank, as well as other public and not-for-profit boards.
In over 25 years as an investment banker, Glenn has worked on a wide variety of financings and advisory assignments for large and small private and public companies involved in various industries.
Glenn earned a B.A. (Honours English, Cum Laude) from Concordia University and an M.B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.
