John Kelly
President and Chief Executive Officer

John Kelly is a Vice President at SC Stormont Inc., a holding and consulting company in the technology field.

Kelly is recognized as a pioneer in Canadian technology with over 35 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience in this sector.  Kelly was CEO of JetForm Corporation from 1995 until joining Reid Eddison in December 1999.  He was a principal at Reid Eddison Inc., a Canadian technology mentoring company, from December 1999 until March 2008.  Kelly was Chairman of NexInnovations Inc. from May 2001 until October 2007.  Previously, Kelly founded Why Interactive and was a founder of Computer Innovations Distribution Inc. and Nabu Network Corporation.  He was also a founder of SHL Systemhouse Ltd. (since acquired by EDS), which became Canada’s largest systems integration company.

Kelly has received many honors and awards including Master Entrepreneur of the Year, Ontario (1997), Most Respected CEO, Ottawa (1998), Civic Entrepreneur of the Year, Ottawa (1999) and Ottawa’s Business Man of the Year (2001).  In November 2004, Kelly was inducted into the CIPA (Canadian Information Productivity Awards) Hall of Fame.  In May 2005, Kelly received the United Way Volunteer of the Year Award.  In June 2005, Kelly received the Graduate Outstanding Achievement Award in Business from Iona College in New Rochelle, N.Y.  He also serves on the Boards of a number of private, public and not for profit organizations.  He is also Co-Chair of CATA (Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance), Canada’s largest association representing the Canadian advanced technology industry to Government and the public.  He Co-Chaired Ottawa’s Bid Committee to be the Canadian host city for the 2014 Commonwealth Games and is Honorary Co-Chair of the 2008 Ontario Summer Games being held in Ottawa from August 13-16.

Kelly has several degrees.  He holds an honors B.B.A. degree in Finance (Iona College, New Rochelle, New York), an honors law degree (University of Ottawa, Ottawa, Canada) and an honorary doctorate from the University of Ottawa (Ottawa, Canada). Kelly is married and has 5 children.


Gerald Leahy
Chief Financial Officer

Gerald brings more than 20 years of industry experience in public and private companies, including 14 years in the high-tech sector. As a financial professional, he has successfully developed and managed finance groups throughout the building and growth stages of companies. He has been involved in private and public financings, international expansion into foreign markets as well as reorganizations. Gerald was a key player in Simware Inc.'s NASDAQ IPO and the eventual merger with Netmanage Inc., and also acted as CFO during Linmor Inc.'s strategic sale to Nuvo Network Management Inc. Gerald holds a CMA, and obtained his B.Comm from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario


Craig Anderson
Director of Engineering

Craig is a licensed professional engineer in the province of Ontario. He has over 25 years of experience in Civil Engineering, and has a broad base of experience with sewer and water system design and construction. Craig has managed the engineering and construction for several multi-million dollar industrial plant expansions/ modernizations, including several water and wastewater treatment facilities. Craig heads up Clearford’s Engineering department, and is responsible for the design and delivery of all Clearford sewer and water systems.
