06/25/2010 Clearford Announces Update on Private Placement Ottawa, Ontario – (June 25, 2010) – Clearford Industries Inc. ("Clearford" or the "Company", TSX-V:CLI) today announced an update to the terms of the private placement originally announced on May 13, 2010 and as updated on June 14, 2010. As previously announced, the Company ceased to accept further subscriptions under this private placement as of the close of business on June 14, 2010. A total of $1,454,501 has been subscribed for under this private placement as of June 14, 2010, contrary to the total that had been previously reported as $1,444,501. The Company must complete the private placement of equity units ("Units") at a price of $0.10 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one (1) common share and one (1) warrant to acquire an additional common share with an exercise price of $0.15 per common share and a two year term, which commences on the closing date of the private placement, by July 28, 2010. The common shares issued will be subject to a restriction from trading on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") for four months from the closing date in accordance with TSX-V rules and regulations for private placements. Proceeds will be applied to fund the Company's internal operations and working capital requirements. Upon closing of the private placement the Company will have 40,251,175 shares outstanding and 54,796,185 shares on a fully-diluted basis.
