Clearford Hires Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Vice President of Engineering

Ottawa, Ontario – (April 11, 2012) – Clearford Industries Inc. (“Clearford” or the “Company”), (TSX-V:CLI) today announced it has appointed Mr. Wilf Stefan, P. Eng. MBA as CTO & V.P. Engineering.

Mr. Stefan has been active in the waste-water sector for seven years, most recently as COO and President of a publicly listed, internationally focused water and wastewater treatment solutions company. Wilf has also worked with, among other organizations, CIDA, been involved in business in West and South Africa and as a researcher in Delft University, Netherlands.
