Compliance plays a central role in Clearford’s Operations Group, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance for our near 280 water and wastewater systems. Clearford has established strong working relationships with regulatory bodies including the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP). Through effective reporting and communications, Clearford is able to deliver full compliance and resolve any outstanding regulatory issues.

Clearford takes responsibility for the careful management and treatment of water and wastewater facilities, understanding the need to meet increasingly stringent environmental requirements for the systems we operate.

In today’s regulatory environment, the amount of data and information that needs to be captured and tracked continues to significantly increase. To address this reality, Clearford utilizes numerous data management systems to efficiently store, monitor, and report the necessary information. Our team understands the complexities of different treatment systems, and can adapt to any new and existing technologies in use.
