Clearford Retains Ubika Corporation to Provide Investor Relations Support
Ottawa, Ontario -(June 10, 2011) – Clearford Industries Inc. (“Clearford” or the “Company”), (TSX-V:CLI) has retained Ubika Corporation, a research and analytics company with offices in Toronto and Vancouver, to provide research coverage which will be distributed via Ubika’s communications network.
The term of the agreement is four months ending July 21, 2011 and can be renewed on a monthly basis with the mutual agreement of both parties.
During the term of this agreement, unless renewed, Ubika will be paid a fee of $30,000 and will receive 75,000 options to purchase common shares of Clearford, at a price of $.37 and with an expiration date of March 21, 2013, subject to required approvals.
