Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act
The Government of Ontario passed the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) with the goal of making Ontario a fully accessible and inclusive place for people with disabilities by 2025. To achieve this vision, the AODA introduced a series of accessibility standards that businesses and organizations across Ontario are required to follow. These standards are designed to identify, remove, and prevent barriers, ensuring that individuals with disabilities can fully participate in all aspects of life, including employment, services, and public spaces.
Clearford is committed to creating an accessible and inclusive environment for all individuals, including employees, customers, and visitors. As required by the AODA, Clearford has developed a multi-year accessibility plan that will guide our policies and practices to ensure that we are in alignment with the AODA. Operating as a proud business in Ontario, we strive to remove barriers that may prevent people with disabilities from fully participating in all aspects of life.
